Shipping Policy

All in-stock items typically ship within 2-4 business days. All products are printed and embroidered on-demand so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

Occasionally there may be issues that arise leading to an unexpected backorder situation. This would be worst case scenario but we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that this issue exists.

Black Mountain orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, Black Mountain will reship the package with the corrected address at the customer’s expense.

Black Mountain cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company’s error or weather.

Black Mountain is unable to bill shipping charges to a receiver’s/third party account.

We aim to ship orders via the selected service and we reserve the right to choose a different shipping service that closely matches the rate paid by the customer.

Standard domestic shipping times are generally between 5-10 days.

All shipments are shipped from the United States of America.

International Orders Notice: Customers ordering internationally may be required to pay international import taxes and/or duty fees according to the local customs and taxes. Black Mountain is not responsible for these payments and the amount due will not be reflected in the shipping rate.
